Our store currency is USD. Shopify Payments is currently inactive in the store settings. Checkout may be unavailable until payment setup is complete. Only methods actually presented for your order during checkout are available; supported wallets or footer icons do not guarantee availability. Review the item prices, applicable tax, free Standard shipping and final total before submitting your order.
Payment processing and eligibility
When enabled, payments are processed through the payment methods displayed during checkout. Availability may depend on your device, location, currency and checkout eligibility. Shopify and payment providers process payments; aiazazel remains the retailer responsible for products, fulfillment and support. We do not claim a completed transaction has been tested, and we do not place test customer orders for validation.
Authorization, verification and declined payments
Your provider may place a pending authorization before final settlement. A pending authorization is not necessarily a completed charge; release timing depends on the provider. Orders may be reviewed for fraud or payment verification. If payment fails, check your billing details and contact the provider; avoid repeated attempts that may create multiple holds. Contact us about a suspected duplicate payment with the order number and non-sensitive transaction reference so we can investigate.
Safe payment communications
We never request full card numbers, CVV codes, passwords or one-time verification codes by email or phone. Do not send them to support. We do not require off-site personal transfers, cryptocurrency or payments to an individual account. No subscription or automatic renewal program is offered by this catalog; any future recurring arrangement would require clear terms and your authorization.
Refunds and cancellations
For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
