We are an independent online retailer. Unless expressly stated, we do not manufacture products or claim third-party affiliation or endorsement.
Where do you ship?
The 50 United States and Washington, DC. No international, U.S. territory or APO/FPO/DPO service. Alaska and Hawaii are included. Contact us about PO Box eligibility for your item.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free with no minimum order within our service area.
How long is processing?
Usually 1–2 business days after acceptance and payment verification, Monday–Friday excluding U.S. federal holidays.
When should my order arrive?
Estimated transit is 2–4 business days after dispatch, for an estimated total of 3–6 business days including processing. These are estimates, not guarantees. If dispatch is delayed, we explain the revised timing and offer acceptance or cancellation with prompt refund.
How can I track an order?
Use the tracking details sent after dispatch when available. Scans can take time to appear; contact us if tracking stalls or a delivered parcel cannot be found.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Contact us immediately. If still unshipped and cancellation is possible, we cancel and initiate a prompt refund to the original method. The return-inspection timeline does not apply. After dispatch, follow the return process.
What is eligible for return?
Request within 30 calendar days after delivery. Change-of-mind items must be unused, undamaged and include accessories. Defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed goods are reviewed without limiting legal rights.
How do I request a return?
Email your order number, item and reason. We provide approval, the correct destination and instructions. Do not send returns to the correspondence address without instructions.
Who pays return shipping?
We pay eligible approved return shipping and provide a prepaid label. Keep your receipt and tracking.
Is there a restocking fee?
No. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges. Request an eligible return and place a separate order for a different item.
When is a refund issued?
For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
What if something arrives damaged, incorrect or missing?
Contact us promptly with your order number and a description; photographs may help. Keep the item and packaging when possible while we explain the remedy and any prepaid return steps.
How can I pay?
USD checkout displays the methods available for your specific order and the full total. Shopify Payments is currently inactive in the store settings. Checkout may be unavailable until payment setup is complete. Wallet support and footer icons do not guarantee availability on every device or order. Never email full card details, CVV or passwords.
How can I manage advertising cookies?
Use the available Shopify privacy controls, browser settings and Your Privacy Choices. Google advertising or analytics activation has not been independently verified; the policy describes those tools conditionally. Reading a notice or closing a banner does not constitute consent.
How do I make a privacy request?

How should I care for stationery?
Follow any care details on the listing. If care instructions or material suitability are unclear, contact us before use; do not assume an unlisted waterproof, archival or heavy-load rating.
